Equilibrium frequencies for homozygous disadvantages, Sdel, of 100% (completely lethal or always causing sterility), 50%, 25% and 10% are shown for a range of heterozygous advantageous effects ranging from 0% (no advantage) to 25% (a moderate, but potentially unrecognized, advantage).
