Gastric Adenoma. Endoscopic photograph taken during upper endoscopy from our proband with a pathogenic AXIN2 variant. Shown is a 4 mm polyp found in the body of the stomach. It was removed with cold forceps and sent to pathology and reported as a gastric adenoma. Photograph taken with narrow band imaging and near focus using an Olympus 190 endoscope
