The measure of LD (D’) among all possible pairs of SNPs is shown graphically according to the shade of color (A), where white represents very low D’ and dark represents very high D’. The numbers in squares are D’ values (D’ x 100). The measure of LD (r2) among all possible pairs of SNPs is shown graphically according to the shade of color (B), where white represents very low r2 and scarlet represents very high r2. The numbers in squares are r2 values (r2 x 100).
