Plain radiograph and computed tomography of the chest. Plain chest radiograph on admission showed a nodular shadow superimposed on the edge of a cardiac silhouette (a). Computed tomography of the chest demonstrated a round nodule (the larger nodule, 25 mm in diameter) with a clear margin in the lower, left lobe and multiple irregularly shaped cysts in the bilateral lower lobes (b). Another axial image showed a smaller nodule (5 mm in diameter) having a similar characteristics with the larger nodule (c). Note that a small cyst abutting a pulmonary artery (white arrowheads)
