The electrophoresis of PXR8055C > T. Genomic DNA was extracted using a conventional phenol-chloroform procedure. Genotyping of PXR8055C > T allele was conducted by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), following with direct sequencing. PXR*1B haplotype was genotyped by PHASE V.2.1 software.
