The scatterplots illustrate the distribution of methylation densities detected at each CpG analyzed in the individual tumors. Filled diamonds represent tumors with hypermethylation (the mean value for all CpGs of the gene are above cut-off), while tumors without hypermethylation are indicated as open diamonds. The cut-off levels for hypermethylation are marked by a dotted line for BLU (>10 %), CDH1 (>10 %), RASSF2 (>10 %), DCR2 (>30 %), and RASSF1A (>30 %).
