A region of 11.8 kb is shown, extending 571 bp downstream of the MUTYH gene. Vertical bars in the genomic sequence indicate exons. The direction of the arrowheads denotes the orientation of the SINE repeat elements and each family is represented by a different color (Red: AluJ, Blue: AluS, Green: MIR, Purple: FLAM_C). The black arrow indicates the AluJr element involved in the distal breakpoint; no repetitive element is present on the proximal breakpoint.
