The dbSNP refrence SNP ID for each SNP is provided. rs1800587 and rs16944 are located in the promoter (p) region of IL1A and IL1B, respectively while rs1143634 represents a synonymous SNP (F105F) in the coding (c) sequence of IL1B gene.
