  1. The P values for BMI in subjects with minor alleles were assessed by an ANOVA for a difference among three genotypes or by a T-test for the dominant and recessive models. The significant threshold was 0.0015 for the Kirin population (11 phenotypes and 3 different models) and 0.0033 for the Yeungnam and Multicenter populations (5 phenotypes and 3 different models).
