  1. a Significant associations are fine-mapped to four contiguous ht SNPs bounded by AFM+1666 and IL8-251 (H2 and L2 haplotypes). Regression modelling with PHASE inferred haplotypes from progressively reducing SNP sets showed increased risk effects of similar magnitude in the reduced set compared to those detected by the full length haplotypes.
