ROS generation. Intracellular ROS generation was determined by measuring the fluorescence intensity of the oxidation-sensitive fluorescein DCFH-DA of fibroblasts cell culture from the 20 normal and keloid specimens respectively in time course experiments at 48, 72 and 96 hours.
